Hatha Soothe

The softest, calmest and most gentle Hatha postures in the repertoire.

Jamie guides his signature Hatha Soothe with less instruction for added relaxation, dimmed lighting and no standing poses. This practice allows you to reconnect with yourself by melting away tension and giving you time to breathe.

A great big self-soothing hug on a yoga mat!

Suitable for all abilities including beginners.

Hatha Flow

Traditional Hatha postures are linked together to form a slow, mindful flow.

Jamie will guide you in his signature way with clear and concise instruction to lengthen and elongate muscles, creating a lithe and supple body.

Heated to 28°C this class is described as warm, enabling you to reap all the wellness benefits of infra-red heat without the intensity of classic Hot Yoga.

Tension will slip away in this gorgeous and inclusive practice.

Suitable for all abilities including beginners.

Hips & Hippocampus

Drawing on newly learned science from my training as a Yoga therapist alongside a decade of teaching Yoga asana, it gives me great joy to bring an exclusive new workshop offering for 2024.

Using both Yin and Yang Yoga to focus entirely on the hip area we will strengthen and soften the physical body whilst tuning into the hippocampus.

A blend of therapeutic hip opening and breathwork, using Yoga as a tool for buffering the brain against stress and helping to regulate the autonomic nervous system.

This workshop ends with a calming, restorative meditation.


Hatha Stretch

Jamie will guide you through his signature Hatha Stretch class with clear and concise instruction and some lighthearted humour too.

Using traditional Hatha postures to work mobility, strength and flexibility- expect a mix of standing balance, floor work and Sun salutations.

A truly well rounded and engaging Yoga practice.

Down the Rabbit Hole

A darkened burrow, dappled by candlelight; warm, comforting and restful...

In deeply restorative surroundings, surrender your body to the stillness of Yin yoga with long, sleepy holds. Time slips away, aches and pains dissolve into the distance and a feeling of wellness arises.

Each monthly workshop sees a curation of breath-work, seasonal inspiration, fragrance, meditation, sound and spoken word. Yin Yoga works as acupressure to focus on connective tissues, organs and deep fascia stretches. Bring a cosy extra layer for your ultimate comfort.

Cleanse & Tone

You will be welcomed with the scents of the season as you settle on your mat and prepare for an opening ceremony and “breath of fire”.

Vinyasa yoga with added twists and rotations to cleanse the vital organs and tone the abdomen. With fire in your belly you will further explore the heart centre and core, rinsing toxins from the body.

You will then be guided into the next phase of this detox using Yin Yoga for gentle drainage, to encourage relaxation and cool the embers.

This wonderful ritual will close with meditation.
